How do I know if the garment I order will fit me correctly?

For questions about sizing, please view our size charts. If you are still unsure about how an item will fit, we will sell you a sample of the garment style that you are interested in, which you can then return within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the garment is in good, clean condition upon return.

How long will it take for my order to be produced?
  • Sublimated gear – 4-6 weeks*
  • Non-sublimated custom gear – 3-4 weeks blank, 4-5 weeks printed*
  • In-stock gear – 1-2 weeks (contact VC for current inventory levels)
*These turnaround times do not include shipping.
What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 12 units of any style for non-sublimated goods. You may mix any combination of men’s and women’s sizes (XS-XXL) within the 12 units, as long as they are the same style.

Smaller quantities of gear can be produced, depending on the style, but surcharges may apply. Contact VC with any questions about your reorder.

Sublimated and spot sublimated reorders have a minimum order of 1 unit per style.

How much does standard shipping cost?

VC Ultimate ships orders via USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or through a local courier company if the order is staying within the Greater Toronto Area.

  • Within the GTA: $10 courier charge. (Next day service. Same day service can be arranged for $20.)
  • Within Canada: $0.75 - $1.75 per item, depending on total quantity.
  • Australia / Japan: $4 per item, although minimum package fees for smaller orders requiring tracking may apply.
What format should I send you my logo artwork in?

For logo artwork, we prefer vector files created in Adobe Illustrator. High resolution .jpeg or .tiff files may also be acceptable, depending upon the sharpness of the lines and the simplicity of the design.

What is your return policy?

At VC we want you to enjoy wearing your ultimate gear as much as we enjoy making it. If you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship of our product, VC Ultimate will repair it, replace it, or refund your money. Quality issues must be brought to our attention within 10 days of your gear being delivered.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

In order to make sure that your uniforms are produced correctly, we do not allow any changes to your order once it has been approved. Once an order is placed with production, we will have to submit any additional unit requests as separate orders and surcharges may apply. You may not cancel aspects of a custom order once it has been approved.

What are your payment terms?

Payment in full is required to begin processing your order. We do accept school purchase orders and will accept the payment terms of your educational institution.

How should I care for my VC gear?

All VC Ultimate products should be washed in cold water prior to being 
worn for athletic activity. Wash garments inside-out and hang to dry – do not dry-clean!

What is your privacy policy?

VC Ultimate respects your personal privacy. We believe ensuring the security of your personal information is important. If we ask you to provide any personal information, we will tell you the purposes for which we intend to use that information. Your personal information is not lent or sold to anyone for any purpose.
