VC loves all things discs and we know you do, too! We're standing by ready to help you with your next custom disc project. We've partnered with Discraft, the World's leader in flying discs, to help bring discs to schools, companies, teams, camps and individuals as easily and simply as possible.

FAQ

1. What does your pricing include?

1-hour of complimentary design services. Additional art time is billed at $40/hr. If your logo/design is complicated and needs to be sent out for a re-creation service, a $20-40 fee may be invoiced.

Pricing includes shipping to VC's office in Toronto (as well as the brokerage/import fees in to Canada).

We can work with you to figure out the best way to get you your discs from there, or you can swing by our Toronto HQ to pick up your order!

2. Can you sell me blank discs?

No, sorry. Discraft doesn't allow blank discs to leave their warehouse as it opens up all sorts of potential liability if customers then customized with inappropriate content.

3. Can I order 1 disc?

The minimum disc order for the UltraStar is 25 with Supercolour customization and 50 for J-Stars with hot stamping. You can order a lower number of discs, but that can only be done directly through Discraft.

The good news is that every order will receive a digital proof on a disc mock so you can get a really good feel for what it will look like!

4. How long will my order take to arrive at VC?

It depends on the time of year, with fall/winter being a week or two faster than spring/summer. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive, but don't be afraid to ask if a shorter timeline is possible - it often is.
