The Rules
Absolutely no element of your design may infringe copyright. This means no taking images from the internet and reworking them, or even recreating your own version of copywritten material.
Subject Matter
The design must be the artist's original creation and shall not be copied or duplicated from previously published art, including photographs, clip art or electronic graphic images.
Designs may include art and text, but no photographs. By entering the competition, you agree that your submission is your own work.
Content
Submissions may not promote third-party products or services, or incorporate third-party intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyright-protected software, images, characters, logos, names, and trademarks.
The Submission may not be offensive or otherwise unsuitable for use, as determined in VC Ultimate’s sole discretion.

All entries must be submitted on VC's template - saved as a jpeg for easy upload - and reviewed by a school-affiliated supervisor such as the coach or the teacher/sponsor prior to submission. Submission emails should be sent by the supervisor to info@vcultimate.com.
Suitability for Reproduction
VC Ultimate reserves the right to alter the design if necessary to comply with copyright laws or meet production specifications.
Judging of the Contest
A panel appointed by VC Ultimate and the VUL will serve to judge the entries. Votes received by entries will account for half of the panel’s decision.
By submitting your design, you grant permission for your design to be used by VC Ultimate and the Vancouver Ultimate League Society including, but not limited to, the VC and VUL Facebook pages and websites and future marketing materials.
