QUALITY GUARANTEE

Mistakes can happen, but you can count on the VC team to make it right. Your uniforms should arrive exactly as expected. If there’s ever a fault or error on our part - whether product, design, or sizing outside of tolerance - we’ll replace or refund the affected items.

VC Error (Incorrect Order)

If you receive the wrong product, size, or player number due to a VC error, we will fully replace or refund the affected items. 

Design Errors

If a design error occurs after you approved your final proof (e.g., missing logo, incorrect colours), VC will replace or refund the order.

If the error was visible on your approved proof, VC will provide a 30% credit on the affected items toward a future order.

Customer Sizing Errors

If you ordered the wrong size, but the garment measurements are within our ½" tolerance, VC will offer a 30% discount on a replacement item.
