UCI Virtual Merch Tent
The what/how/why/when on Official Ultimate Canada Invitational merchandise
We've been working hard to revolutionize and recreate a safe tournament merchandise tent experience for players, fans and our VC team. Countless hours of research, focus groups, and planning contributed to launching our new virtual VC Merch Tent system.
The benefits reach much further than skipping lineups – but to us, that's the best reason to make a purchase in the VC Merch Tent prior to the event.
Customize It
What's better than a sweet tournament jersey? One with your name and/or number on it. You can add your last name, number, whoever you're cheering for, or your team name; and show pride for those on the field with you.
Custom options are available on several fully sublimated and simple sublimated options, during two order periods:
- Until August 18th: Order customized apparel and we'll deliver it at the tournament! Shop Now
- Post-Tournament: On September 23rd, we will re-launch our customizable apparel options and will ship directly to you after the event. This order window will remain open until October 11th, and apparel will be shipped in 5-6 weeks.
Order Periods
There will be 3 order periods for you to purchase official UCI 2021 merchandise:
1) Now to August 18th
Full range of apparel - every style, in every size, in every colour - available for pre-order. Must be picked up at the event (orders not picked up will be sent a follow-up shipping invoice; shipping to follow after October 5th).
Unsure of what style/size to order? We will have a full Fit Zone at UCI 2021 where you can look at and try on each style to find the best option for you (should our tournament inventory be sold out, you can order exactly what you want during our third order period).
2) August 19th to September 23rd
Orders placed between August 19 and the beginning of the first event weekend will come from our pre-produced "live" inventory, essentially allowing you to reserve your first choice of apparel and pick it up at the on-site VC Merch Tent.
As we are being conservative in our production run, we will likely run out of inventory, either during the presale period prior the event or during the first UCI weekend. There will be no customization options available during this order period.

3) September 24th to October 11th
Our third order window is your last chance. All of our sublimated/simple sublimated options, including customization, will be available for preorder – and will ship directly to your door.
Shipping is free on all orders over $75!
Note: Screenprinted apparel will only be available during order periods 1 & 2; once it's gone, it's gone!
On-site Merchandise Tent
Will we have an official merchandise tent on-site? Not for every event, and when we do it will be different from what we're all used to. The offerings will be more limited than what is offered online.
Example of what you might find on-site: Discs, Hats & Neckies; Top 8-12 apparel designs in limited quantities. This will likely mean one version of each of the most popular styles (tank, jersey, long sleeve, hoodie, shorts).
Once stock available at the tournament sells out, as noted above, you'll be able to order online and we'll ship to you as soon as it's produced.
ON-SITE SETUP
While the focus of the VC Merch Tent at the event will be order pickup, we will be offering a limited number of products that can be purchased on-site.

FAQ / Customer Service Information
Will exchanges/returns be accepted?
You are welcome to exchange or return any non-customized (i.e. any merchandise that does not have a name and/or number) item within 30 days of receipt of order.
Exchange & Return Process

Contact our online store specialist, Thomas, at thomas@vcultimate.com, to initiate your return. Your return items will be noted on your order and any exchange information created in our system.

Package goods (you may relabel the original packaging if available). Goods must be unworn and in new condition.

Send returns to VC at the following address via a traceable service (Canada Post is generally the cheapest option) and advise Thomas of the tracking number for your package. VC does not provide return labels for VC Merch Tent orders.

Content Description (if sending from outside of Canada): Goods returning to manufacturer. Value $5.
Based on the details of your request, we will arrange to have your exchange processed and produced as quickly as possible.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
VC has a 100% quality guarantee. If you feel you've received a defective piece of merchandise, please follow these steps to allow us to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
- Email info@vcultimate.com with your original order number, a description of the issue(s) and a photo of any physical problem(s).
- We will respond with a solution within 2 business days.
- VC will provide return labels when necessary in the case of defective goods.
CHANGES TO PLACED ORDERS
In order to ensure that your order is produced correctly, we do not allow any changes to your order once it has been placed.
Please be sure to carefully review size charts, and double-check the spelling of any custom names or numbers that have been entered to confirm they are correct.
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN GEAR ON-SITE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns at the on-site VC Merch Tent.
