Par exemple, si tu te blesses à l’épaule, tu pourrais passer plus de temps à pratiquer tes déplacements défensifs, ton impulsion et t’entraîner à attraper tes disques à une main. Tu pourrais aussi visualiser tes lancers, travailler sur ta concentration et apprendre à relaxer ton corps.
