We are so excited for the 2020 Premier Ultimate League Player Sponsorship Program launch! To help you have the smoothest experience possible, and to help us with the massive amount of customer service emails we will receive during the PSP, here are some Frequently Asked Questions & Answers.

Frequently Asked Questions
- When will I receive my sponsorship jersey?
Sponsorship jerseys will ship from our Toronto headquarters by April 20th, 2020. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at that time. This will ensure delivery in time for PUL Week 5 - when every team is playing!
- The player I want to sponsor has no jerseys left, can I pay for an additional sponsorship?
No, sorry. Only 4 sponsorships per player are available - terms set by the Premier Ultimate League. Remember though, when you purchase replica or fan gear from a team's collection a portion of the proceeds go to the team.
- I changed my mind can I sponsor another/different player?
You are of course welcome to sponsor more than one player, however, due to demand and order volumes, we cannot change orders after the fact - to cancel/refund a sponsorship would be unfair to the player whose kit was removed from the available pool. Please be sure you are purchasing the sponsorship you want before placing your order.
- My credit card isn't working!
US Customers: Our store only accepts VISA and MASTERCARD.
Canadian Customers: Our store accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX

If you are putting your credit card expiry date in as two digits only, try using all four digits (eg. "2021" not just "21").
- Can I use a discount code with my Sponsorship order?
Sorry, no. Sponsorship orders with discount codes applied will be cancelled immediately.
A system limitation prevents us from disabling codes on specific products so we ask that you please place a separate order for any additional kit you'd like to pick up - if you have a discount code you're welcome to use it then.
